Caligo Memnon - Owl Butterfly from: South America. The Tawny Owl is Belize's largest butterfly, with a wingspan of 6" to 8". Groups of Owls often perform a distinctive fluttering dance to herald the dawn, and to celebrate the coming night (Owls are crepuscular - active at dawn and dusk.)
